Steve Parker
Managing Director

Steve is the Managing Director of Parker Sol Properties SL, the holding group of Costalets Property Rentals. Costalets Property Rentals SL was acquired by the Parker Sol Group in 2007 to give a full and comprehensive sales rentals and management outlet in the Benalmadena area of the Costa Del Sol.
Parker Sol Properties SL, had been successfully managing the sales side of Costalets for the previous few years and had helped the company to grow significantly, however Steve thought the time was right to amalgamate the whole company under the Group umbrella and update the rentals business.
The office at the Minerva building on Avd Gamonal has continued to trade as Costalets, but now deals with sales, long term rental, holiday rental and property management. Steve said that it was his intention to ensure that ‘Costalets was big enough to be professional, but small enough to care’.
Steve is actively involved with the group on a day to day basis and is always available to assist in any sale, purchase or rental through Costalets or Parker Sol Properties. He has considerable experience in Real Estate in the UK and Spain, having been connected to Real Estate in the UK for a number of years and in Spain since 1984.
He is a qualified legal auditor and accredited to audit Quality Standards to European ISO requirements. He has a good knowledge of Real Estate Law and can assist in purchasing both residential and business properties. He will ensure that everything possible is done to make the purchase of your home or business in Spain as smooth as possible.

Administration

Our multilingual receptionnist is the most recent member of the team. With property sales and rental knowledge Aurelie can assist in many areas. Aurelie will look after you from your purchase or rental enquiry to the completion of your sale or booking.

Franca Carmagnini
Sales Administration

Franca joined Costalets in 2005 and brought with her over 8 years of Spanish Sales Administration knowledge. Franca is fluent in English, Spanish, French and Italian and can assist in all areas of property purchasing in Spain . This involves working with the local town halls and utility companies. Franca is extremely well known in the Benalmadena/Arroyo area and has brought with her a modern and comprehensive administration process to insure a stress free transaction for both vendors and purchasers.

Steve is the head of rentals for Costalets and has a wealth of experience in his field. He has extensive knowledge of the Costa del Sol and will help you find the home of your dreams. Steve also deals with sales of both residential and business. Whatever your enquiry, Steve can help you.
